Cleveland State University (CSU) saw an array of crimes reported during week three across a semester maximum of 14 reports, according to the CSU 60-day crime log.
The heftiest report of the week was made on Monday, Sept. 8 and includes four charges: assault, public indecency, obstructing official business and resisting arrest in Berkman Hall. An arrest has since taken place.
A report made on Friday, Sept. 12 lists yet another incident of public indecency in Berkman Hall, along with a charge of criminal trespass. This report has ended in an arrest.
An off-campus assault was reported in the middle of the night Tuesday, Sept. 9 and has ended in an arrest. A few hours later, a report of criminal damaging or endangering in Prospect Garage was made and remains open.
Two reports this week outline a dual-charge of petty theft and motor vehicle trespass, one on Sept. 12 in The Langston and the other in West Garage on Saturday, Sept. 13. The former, however, features a third charge of criminal damaging or endangering. All charges in both crime reports are still open.
Euclid Commons was the home of several crime reports in week three. On Thursday, Sept. 11, a report of telecommunications harassment was made, though the disposition (final outcome) is not listed in the crime log. Finally, on Sept. 13, an incident of menacing was reported and remains open.
14 crime reports, some with a host of charges, make for the weekly maximum of the semester as CSU enters week four.
